The brand new 2017 GMC Acadia’s have some great special offers right now. A few of these rebates are available until 7/31/2017, so if you’re looking for a new SUV, now is the time.
Acadia Specs
This is a quick overview and by no means covers all the information.
This vehicle is a 6 passenger in seating. The Acadia allows for a tri-zone climate control with an individualized climate setting for the driver. Let’s just admit–that will solve at least a half dozen issues on a car ride. There are 10 cup holders total. The universal home remote includes a garage door opener.
The Acadia is E10 Fuel capable. You can expect 18 miles per gallon while city driving and 25 miles per gallon on the highway.
Important Safety Features
My favorite feature is the rear vision camera, which makes backing up so much easier. This year model also comes with rear park assist, the all important Side Blind Zone Alert with Lane Change Alert, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert. These type of safety features are amazing on their own, but the Acadia puts them all together.
And that’s not all…Teen Driver mode lets you, the parent, customize the vehicles settings that go with a certain key fob. This allows you to be in control and ensure safe driving behavior, even when your teen is setting out alone. Teen Driver mode will also allow you to get an in-vehicle report of your teen’s driving habits so that you can effectively coach your new driver.
Obviously, there are airbags and OnStar capabilities. OnStar Guidance Plan is available for 3 months, ask for more OnStar details.
Warranties
Basic warranty is 3 years or 36,000 miles. Roadside Assistance warranty is 5 years or 60,000 miles. Maintenance is 2 years or 24,000 miles. There are other warranties, again, feel free to ask for more information. There are also options that we would be happy to go over with you.
Final Thoughts
The Acadia is a great family vehicle while still looking stylish. The safety features make this vehicle ideal for teaching new drivers, but also perfect for any driver of any age. Peace of mind on the road is awesome, and the Acadia does what it can to warn drivers of any dangers it detects.
